FAQs
What is a mounted forklift delivery?
A mounted forklift delivery uses a truck equipped with a detachable forklift, often called a Moffett. This allows us to unload goods quickly and place them exactly where they’re needed on site — even in locations with limited access where standard forklifts or unloading methods may not work.
Do you cover the whole UK?
Yes, we provide delivery services across the entire UK, including remote and rural areas. Our network ensures reliable coverage wherever your business is located.
Can you deliver to stores outside normal hours?
Absolutely. We understand that flexibility is key, so we offer early morning, late evening, and weekend deliveries upon request to minimise disruption to your operations.
Do you help unload and position equipment?
Yes, our trained drivers can assist with unloading using the mounted forklift and help position equipment as required, ensuring safe and efficient delivery on-site.
What accreditations do you hold?
We operate to the highest industry standards and hold all relevant transport and safety accreditations, including FORS, CLOCS, and SafeContractor certifications, ensuring professional, compliant, and reliable service every time.
